Iran, Tehran – “TOSEE FANAFZAR TOSAN,” operating under the trade name “TOSAN TECHNO,” and listed under the stock symbol “FANAFZAR,” will be presenting its three products at the 10th annual Electronic Banking and Payment Systems Conference.

The 10th annual Electronic Banking and Payment Systems Conference, focusing on the theme “Transition to Smart Banking,” will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, the 29th and 30th of Aban (November) at the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting International Conference Center.

The first product, the “Call Center Quality Control Solution,” developed by TOSAN TECHNO’s artificial intelligence team, “ARTIN,” serves as an intelligent performance evaluation system for call centers. It enhances the speed of identifying and addressing customer requests,helps in retaining current customers, reduces costs in acquiring new customers, and significantly contributes to the continuous improvement of organizational performance across various domains.

The next product, “TECHNO ITM – Banking Machines Software Solution,” is a software that can be installed on all banking machines. It offers users all banking services and associated value-added services through its modern user interface.

The final product, named “TECHSTORE – Electronic Payment Terminals and Banking Machines Management System,” is a comprehensive system managing electronic payment terminals. It examines the hardware functionality of devices in real-time, displays their activity statistics, enables remote updating of software and firmware related to the devices, conducts checks on inactive devices, and provides the latest location information of the devices.
