Iran, Tehran – TOSEE FANAFZAR TOSAN Co., commercially branded as TOSAN TECHNO traded under FANAFZAR symbol in Iran Over-the-Counter (OTC) market also known as Iran Fara Bourse (IFB), held its annual ordinary General Meeting (GM) for the 2024 fiscal year on January 22, 2025 with shareholders gathering in Dr. Adel Azar Hall in Industrial Management Organization Gatherings Center.

The meeting opened with an explanatory report by the Managing Council, accountant, and Legal Auditor on company performance in 2024 fiscal year ending in December 20. Audited fiscal statements of the year where then approved by the assembly.

The assembly also elected Dash & Co. as legal accountant and auditor and Etelaat Daily as the official newspaper for TOSEE FANAFZAR TOSAN Co.

The Board of Directors approved 500 IRR dividend per share while deciding on reimbursement fee for non-executive board members and remuneration for the board members.

TOSAN TECHNO 2024 Annual Assembly was held after the company targeted retail market (B2C) through initiating its retail sales website and opening provincial offices as a great step toward expanding its market. Signing the biggest banking contract of the country with (CRS) product in Mellat Bank, increasing payment products repair capacity to 300 items-a-year, and realizing 29,130B IRR income despite economic fluctuations and markets changes where among important achievements of TOSAN TECHNO in this fiscal year.
