Planning is one of the most important tasks of business executives and is directly related to their other tasks. All businesses operating in a dynamic and complex environment are eager to devote their limited resources to address their ever-increasing needs. The dynamics of the environment, the turbulence around it, the uncertainty caused by environmental changes, and the strengths and weaknesses of any business add to the undeniable need to formulate a strategic plan for a business. Businesses can respond appropriately to their environment due to the size and volume of their business by formulating a better and timely strategic plan, and therefore the importance of strategic planning in a complex environment will be clear.

In order to implement this critical subject of management, and at the end of the year, TOSAN Techno has revised its strategies and formulated future action plans for 2019. Holding pre-workshops to review the year’s performance and operational needs for the year ahead over the past months led to the convening and formulation of the company’s action plans on February 20-21, 2019.

In these meetings which were attended by a group of executives and experts of the company, extracted and formulated the goals, approaches, and operational path of the company in 2019.
